Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Unsung Hero Journal after 30 days from purchase, we'll be happy to issue you a full refund, no questions asked.

You must ship the product back to the Unsung Hero Company. Refund will be issued after receipt.

In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order to jdabs13@unsungheroco.com. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What the Satisfaction Guarantee covers

The 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the printed Unsung Hero Journal.

• Made-to-order items (apparel, hats, phone cases and stickers) are printed specifically for you and are final sale. If one arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at jdabs13@unsungheroco.com and we'll replace it.
• The digital Journal (PDF) is delivered instantly and is final sale. If you have trouble downloading your file, email us and we'll resend it.
