Shipping policy

The Unsung Hero Journal is packed and shipped by hand from Colorado, usually within 1–5 business days of your order. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Apparel, hats, phone cases and stickers are made to order by our printing partners, so they ship separately from the Journal and may take a few extra days to produce before they ship.

Shipping rates

• United States: Economy shipping is a flat $7.99. Faster carrier options and their rates are shown at checkout.
• International: We ship to select countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom. Available options and rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 3 days of delivery at jdabs13@unsungheroco.com and we'll make it right. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out and we'll help track it down.
